Notary Booking Process

Meeting Registration Process

  1. Navigate to the MU Jesse Hall notary booking page.
  2. Select a meeting date on the calendar.
  3. The staff’s available time for notary acts will be shown underneath the drop-down list.
  4. Select your preferred time.
  5. Enter your contact information in required fields and additional information as needed.
  6. Confirm your appointment by selecting the Book button at the bottom of the page.

Once booked, a pop up confirmation and email notification will appear in Outlook with a calendar item attached. Your notary will receive this calendar invite as well. You can cancel and reschedule your meeting as needed.
