Meeting Registration Process

    Go to the MU Jesse Hall notary booking page.

    Navigate to Notary Booking Page

    Select a meeting date on the calendar.

    The staff’s available time for notary acts will be shown underneath the drop-down list.

    Select your preferred time.

    Enter your contact information.

    Enter your contact information in required fields and additional information as needed.

  5. 5 in gold circle

    Confirm your appointment.

    Confirm your appointment by selecting the Book button at the bottom of the page.

    Once booked, a pop up confirmation and email notification will appear in Outlook with a calendar item attached. Your notary will receive this calendar invite as well. You can cancel and reschedule your meeting as needed.
