For out-of-state Tigers who need to vote absentee, check your secretary of state’s website to understand your state’s absentee and vote-by-mail requirements and deadlines.

Step 4: Voting on Election Day

Polls are open 6 a.m.-7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 5. Anyone in line by 7 p.m. is legally allowed to vote.
